REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY (important!)
Due to the financial risk involved in planning an event of this size, we cannot issue refunds in the case of participant cancellation (that is, if you cannot make it to the event or decide not to go). If you have made only partial payment (for example, on a payment plan) and are unable to pay the full amount, you will not be permitted to attend, and you will not be issued a refund.
We will, however, do our best to connect people selling and looking for tickets via a What'sApp group or other means of communication, by request. You are permitted to sell your ticket as long as you inform us of the new ticket holder's name and contact info, and the new ticket holder fills out our intake form. We cannot guarantee you will be able to resell your ticket, nor can we take responsibility for whether you are able to sell it.
If the organizers cancel the event, we will offer you the choice of a refund or a ticket to a comparable future event (if one exists).
PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
You authorize Us to charge your chosen payment provider for the total amount stated on Your checkout cart screen. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Your card issuer agreement and any other applicable third party agreement that may affect Your purchase with Us. You agree to provide current, accurate and complete details as requested to process your payment. ORDER REVERSAL OR CANCELLATION
